House Rules

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please read and respect the following rules.

General Rules

• Only registered guests:

  All staying guests must be registered with the Tourist Board upon arrival.

• Occupancy limits:

  Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy of your apartment.

• Pets:

  Allowed only with prior approval. Guests are responsible for any damage.

• Smoking:

  Strictly prohibited indoors. Allowed on the balcony or terrace.

• Parties and events:

  Not permitted. Please be considerate of other guests and neighbours.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in:

  From 16:00. Let us know if arriving after 20:00.

• Check-out:

  By 10:00, to allow cleaning for the next guests.

Other Information

• Linen & towels:

  Provided and changed weekly.

• Utilities:

  Price includes all utilities, tourist tax, and final cleaning.
